I’ve been in the Agile space for much of my career (25+ years) in some shape or form. I’m a software engineer by background and love focusing on people, product development, processes, collaborative ways of working, system thinking, culture and community. I am devoted to deepening my knowledge, skill set and experience. I am also active with a few roles in industry. Notably as Chair of the British Computer Society (BCS)’s Agile Methods group and Organiser of the global meetup, The Future of Work Scotland. I firmly believe the quest for mastery never ends.
