“Just learn” was the first sentence I remember hearing and guess what: I never stopped. After completing my Master’s degree in Finance, I built over 20 years of work experience that I proudly stand on today. I led sales teams in financial institutions and worked closely with risk departments, which helped me collaborate with hundreds of clients and deeply understand their business needs, markets, and industries. I also played a significant role in the automotive sector, supporting the introduction of major international brands to the domestic market. Later, Agile found me and I was honored to be selected by an international financial institution to lead the retail banking network through an agile transformation. To complete the circle, I stepped into software product development. What connects everything I have done is VALUE making sure every person involved understands their role in delivering it. That mindset naturally led me to Kanban as a strategy for optimizing the flow of value through a system. Today, I am on a mission to help individuals and teams deliver value. Across all industries, one thing remains constant: people. People deliver value. For years, I have dedicated myself to learning about people and how to support them. My ideal client hires me to support their teams so they can take action, deliver value, and feel proud of their achievements.
