Through practical, flow-based Kanban training combined with coaching and consulting, I help uncover hidden blockers, improve flow, and enable predictable delivery of value without unnecessary overhead. With years of experience in diverse, fast-moving environments, I tailor every engagement to fit the unique context of each team or organization. No one-size-fits-all solutions here — just steady, sustainable improvement that lasts. Beyond working hours, you’ll find me chasing new climbing routes (and sometimes taking unexpected detours off the wall). I’ve also explored nearly 70 countries, always collecting stories about how people work, lead, and live.
