With nearly 10 years spent coaching, leading, facilitating, and training teams, I’ve experienced my fair share of dysfunction — and the ripple effects of decisions based on assumptions and incomplete data. It’s deepened my passion for helping others navigate these realities — and steer clear of them whenever possible.
